Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: 25 July 2026

Welcome to Cyberheaven (“Cyberheaven”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, learning platform, community spaces, educational services, and any related products or services available through cyberheaven.eu.

By creating an account, purchasing a course, joining our community, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cyberheaven, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
  • Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Accept our Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced throughout our platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Cyberheaven after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information.
  • Keep your login credentials secure.
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not:

  • Share your account with others.
  • Sell or transfer your account.
  • Create accounts using false identities.
  • Attempt to bypass security or authentication systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Course Access & Licensing

When you purchase or enrol in a course, Cyberheaven grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the course materials for your personal educational use.

Unless otherwise stated, you may not:

  • Redistribute course materials.
  • Upload content to file-sharing websites.
  • Record or reproduce video lessons.
  • Resell or sublicense any educational content.
  • Use course content for commercial training without written permission.

Course availability may change as lessons are updated, improved, or retired.

Lifetime access, where advertised, refers to the lifetime of the course on the Cyberheaven platform and not the lifetime of the customer.

4. Payments & Billing

Certain courses, memberships, or services require payment.

By making a purchase, you agree that:

  • Prices are displayed before checkout.
  • Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.
  • Payment is processed through trusted third-party payment providers.
  • You authorise us to charge the selected payment method.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel transactions resulting from obvious mistakes.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of access to paid content.

5. Refund Policy

We want students to purchase with confidence.

Refund eligibility depends on the product purchased and any specific refund terms displayed at checkout.

Refunds may be denied where:

  • A substantial portion of the course has already been completed.
  • Certificates have already been issued.
  • Abuse of the refund system is detected.
  • Digital content has been extensively accessed or downloaded where permitted.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

6. Subscription Cancellation

If you subscribe to a recurring membership or service:

  • You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.
  • Cancellation prevents future renewals.
  • Payments already processed are generally non-refundable unless required by law or stated in a separate refund policy.

After cancellation, access to subscription-only content may continue until the end of the current billing period.

7. Certificates

Cyberheaven may issue certificates for successful completion of eligible courses.

Certificates:

  • Reflect successful completion according to the course requirements.
  • Do not constitute professional licensing or government accreditation unless explicitly stated.
  • May be revoked if obtained through cheating, plagiarism, fraudulent activity, or policy violations.

We reserve the right to update certificate designs and verification methods.

When participating in forums, Discord servers, comments, discussions, or community events, users must:

  • Report harmful behaviour where appropriate.

The following behaviour is prohibited:
